This includes efficiently reviewing and approving or declining the creators shortlisted for their project

The management of the shipping timeline is crucial, as any delays in these critical steps can result in unforeseen complications and setbacks. By ensuring that these processes are completed quickly and effectively, both the client and Leads Alpha can avoid potential disruptions and maintain a smooth workflow, ultimately leading to successful project outcomes.

Delays in getting started with your project

Once you receive notification that your chosen creators have made it to the shortlist, you will have a window of up to 7 days to review and select the individuals you are interested in collaborating with. During this time, you can also reject any candidates that don’t align well with your `product`s vision or requirements. To assist you in this process, we provide timely reminders through both our dashboard and email notifications, ensuring you stay informed and organised

If you find yourself unable to decide within the initial 7-day timeframe, `don`t worry; we extend the opportunity for an additional 3 days, giving you a total of 10 days to finalise your choices. However, if we do not receive a response from you by the end of this extended period, we will cancel your order and issue a refund amounting to 80% of your initial investment

Production Material

Once the selection process for creators is complete, you will be granted 7 days to ensure that all products are shipped to the chosen creators. `It`s essential to adhere to this timeline, as fulfilling your shipping obligations promptly helps maintain a smooth collaboration. If, for any reason, you are unable to ship the products within this initial 7-day window, you will receive a reminder email. This email will provide you with an additional 7- day extension to facilitate the shipping process, allowing you more time to prepare and dispatch the items. Prompt and efficient shipping is crucial for fostering positive relationships with the creators involved

if you do not respond to our reminder emails, we regret to inform you that we will be compelled to cancel your order. Consequently, a refund of 50% of your total payment will be processed. You will receive a notification via email regarding this cancellation, and it is essential that you respond within seven days of receiving this notice. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of your order and the initiation of the refund process.

If you choose to move forward with your order after the specified 14-day shipping window has passed without the product being dispatched, you still have the option to send the items to the creators and obtain the associated content. However, it`s important to note that if any issues arise with the creators during this process, you will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place due to the extended shipping timeframe and the subsequent delays it may cause in our overall delivery process. Therefore, we encourage you to ensure that all actions regarding your order are taken within the required timeframe to avoid any complications.

Brief Modification

If you choose to modify the briefing once the creators have begun working on the content, please be aware that this will lead to an extended timeframe for delivery. The adjustments made after the creators have given their initial approval will inevitably impact the overall schedule. Additionally, any changes may influence the initial payment arrangement and could necessitate the provision of extra materials if needed. We appreciate your understanding that such modifications require careful consideration and can complicate the workflow

Defective Products

If a product is found unsuitable for content creation purposes, the creator will promptly inform us, and we, in turn, will communicate this to you without delay. In cases where the product is simply broken or damaged during the delivery process, we will request that you send a replacement product directly to the Creator. However, if the product is defective, meaning it does not function as intended or fails to match the specifications provided in its description, we will be forced to stop our partnership with you. Additionally, we will refund you 50% of the value associated with the undelivered content, as we have fulfilled our obligation by connecting you with the creators as promised

Unforeseen Events

Creators are individuals who, like everyone else, can face unexpected challenges such as illness or even the unfortunate event of passing away. When such situations arise, it may result in delays regarding your orders. In these cases, the creator will typically reach out to inform you about the situation directly. Rest assured, Leads Alpha takes full responsibility for managing these unforeseen circumstances. To address any inconvenience caused, we will provide you with a credit note. This credit note allows you to select and collaborate with a different creator, ensuring that your project continues to move forward smoothly despite any setbacks.
